5 STEP PROCESS
The Ecofix 5 Step process provides a turn key soloution for the homeowner which will cover an initial home assessment, advise on tailored upgrade ecofix packages, undertake the retrofitting works to the highest industry standards. We will cover all paper work in respect of grant application process on behalf of the client and deliver an independent BER Certificate for the improved works carried out.
Free Eco Assessment 
Ecofix will call to your home and our fully qualified expert assessors will identify where the key areas for eco improvement are in your particular home.
Each home is different and falls broadly under various BER ratings. We will at this stage carry out an assessment of your home's level of energy efficiency and make recommendations on how to best upgrade your home.
Expert Advice on ecofix Package
Following on from our initial assessment we will prepare a detailed package to suit your specific home. An Ecofix Sustainability Advisor will go through the benefits of various packages with you.
Based on the results of your Eco Assessment and current BER status we will be able to recommend a package to increase your BER rating and the health and comfort of your home. They will consult with you in order to ensure that you choose an Ecofix up-grade package that suits both your eco requirements and your budget
ecofix Will Assist in the HES Scheme Grant Application
The Home Energy Saving Scheme Grant is a new grant that is available to homeowners with qualifying homes built prior to 2006. Ecofix will provide SEI contractors details to assist in the completion of the paperwork for the grant application. Once works have been completed, Ecofix will provide a confirmation of works to enable the homeowner to draw down the grant. The grant will be issued directly to the home owner.
Our Specialists ecofix Your Home
A date is agreed for the required work to be carried out (usually within 6 weeks). The upgrading will involve different highly skilled & specifically trained Ecofix technicians carrying out their specified works.
We plan and manage the project to be a seamless, pain-free operation which will be as least intrusive into your lifestyle as possible. There is no need to move out of the home as the works will be carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimum disruption.
Depending on the Ecofix package chosen the process will take from 1 to 5 days. Once all works have been completed, an independent assessor will provide you with an official BER Certificate. On completion of works all grants will be issued.
BER Certificate and Ongoing Support
Before we leave we will give you full training about how to maintain the system you have installed and about how to monitor your energy usage levels. In addition, Ecofix have a customer after-sales-service level that's second to none. We will keep you informed of news and information that may be of interest to you in terms of new legislation and new products and techniques available for your home.
On an annual basis Ecofix can also offer to service and maintain any existing work. Also at any time we are available via phone or email to answer questions or carry out maintenance or support in order to minimise your energy costs and improve the comfort of your home.
Not only this but or process means that we maintain contact with you so at any time you can decide to further upgrade the eco standards of your home and that an ecofix expert is always on hand to Monitor, Assess and Service your sustainability needs.
