Boiler Servicing

Durkan Ecofix has recently added boiler servicing to its list of services. For just €99* one of our registered gas technicians will carry out a service on your boiler to ensure it will work safely & efficiently during the winter months.

1. The service will take approximately 45 minutes
2. A full 20 point boiler service by an RGI registered techician
3. Heating system inspection to ensure it is working correctly including:
a. Inspection of pipework & cylinder
b. Inspection of circulating pumps and valves
c. Inspection of filling system
d. Testing of timing clock and controls
e. Setting of the timing clock
f. Test to ensure radiators are heating correctly if time allows (within allotted 45minutes) the technician will resolve any minor issues i.e. bleeding a single radiator.
If the heating system requires other work e.g. bleeding multiple radiators, a flush down or replacement of parts then the technician will give the householder a quotation, and time permitting, will complete the work while on site or will call telesales to schedule another appointment. Every additional 20 minutes costs €25. By way of example – bleeding a single radiator can take 10 minutes
